As an AI Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between AI development and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI/ML models and applications in production environments. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the AI lifecycle and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • ✓Deployment Automation: Building automated pipelines for deploying AI Applications into production environments.
  • ✓Monitoring and Logging: Developing monitoring and logging solutions to track the performance and health of deployed models
  • ✓Model Versioning: Establishing processes for versioning, and managing AI Applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring traceability and reproducibility
  • ✓Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD): Implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored to AI workflows, enabling automated testing, performance and quality validation, and deployment of updates with minimal manual intervention
  • ✓Documentation: Documenting workflows, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding
  • ✓Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshooting issues related to model deployment, performance, or infrastructure, and providing timely support to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
  • ✓Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI Ops and applying them to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of machine learning workflows

Requirements

  • ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • ✓3+ years of relevant experience
  • ✓Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience with frameworks for AI/ML Ops
  • ✓Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • ✓Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation (CI/CD pipelines, configuration management)
  • ✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • ✓Excellent team player, attention to details and ability to follow through on deadlines
  • ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
